We want all participants to have a good experience.

Program fees are non-refundable after payment is confirmed.
If a participant cannot continue, they may request to defer to a future cohort (subject to approval).
If a session is cancelled by us, we will reschedule or provide an alternative.
For payment errors or duplicate payments, please contact us within 7 days.
